Role Description

We are seeking an MCP Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven agentic systems that can reason, plan, and take autonomous actions across multiple workflows. You will work closely with our backend and frontend teams to embed AI capabilities into real-world business applications (e.g., internal admin automation, service request handling, and intelligent chat orchestration).

Key Skills & Tech Stack

• Programming Languages : Strong expertise in Python , with working knowledge of Node.js or TypeScript .
• AI Frameworks : Hands-on experience with LangChain , Semantic Kernel , LlamaIndex , or DSPy for agentic workflows.
• Model APIs : Proficiency in using OpenAI (GPT-4 / 5) , Azure OpenAI , Anthropic Claude , or Google Gemini .
• Agentic Systems : Practical understanding of Microsoft Copilot Platform (MCP) , CrewAI , Autogen , or Swarm for multi-agent orchestration.
• Vector Databases : Experience with Pinecone , Weaviate , FAISS , or Qdrant for knowledge retrieval (RAG).
• Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with Azure AI , AWS Bedrock , or local inference setups like Ollama or vLLM .
• API & Backend Tools : Skilled in FastAPI , Flask , and Postman for API design and testing.
• DevOps & CI / CD : Knowledge of Docker and GitHub Actions for deployment automation.
• Version Control : Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Optional Tools : Exposure to Streamlit or Gradio for rapid prototyping of AI interfaces.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI reasoning and tool-calling frameworks (MCP, LangChain Agents, or Semantic Kernel).

Experience in API design and integration (REST or GraphQL).

Familiarity with prompt engineering , memory management , and context windows .

Prior experience deploying AI systems with RAG pipelines or knowledge-base integration .

Good grasp of LLM safety, observability, and monitoring tools (OpenDevin, LangFuse, PromptLayer, etc.).
