Main Duties and Responsibilities : Guest Service :
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring proper sequence of service.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report major issues to the supervisor.
Operational Tasks :
Set up restaurant tables with proper linen, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and pantry.Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.Support in mise-en-place before service (folding napkins, polishing glassware, etc.).Assist in buffet setup, room service, banquets, and other F&B operations when required.Teamwork & Communication :
Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders for accurate order delivery.Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.Safety & Hygiene :
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and local regulations.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
