Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with a strong command of English, ideally holding a background in English Literature. The role involves handling customer communications, managing leads, providing email and phone support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer queries through email, chat, and outbound / inbound calls.
Maintain regular communication with potential and existing leads to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly.
Update and manage CRM records accurately for all interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth client experience.
Draft and proofread professional email responses, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and tone consistency.
Support business development activities by engaging with leads and providing necessary information about our products / services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in English Literature or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening skills and ability to handle client concerns patiently and professionally.
Good understanding of business communication etiquette.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
