With design, sustainability, and storytelling at our core, we aim to create timeless products that bring comfort and style to homes across the U.S. We’re looking for a talented Senior Visual Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital and marketplace platforms.

Role Overview

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will own the design execution across all customer-facing channels — including our website, email marketing, social media, and Amazon A+ pages. You’ll also contribute to evolving our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency, and occasionally directing imagery and creative partners. This is a hands-on creative role with space for light art direction as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design : Create engaging landing pages, banners, and product detail layouts on Shopify that balance brand storytelling with conversion optimization.
• Email Marketing : Design high-performing emailers, campaign flows, and newsletters that align with brand aesthetics and drive engagement.
• Social Media Design : Produce scroll-stopping posts, stories, reels graphics, and paid ads tailored for Instagram, Pinterest, Meta, and TikTok.
• Amazon A+ & Marketplace Content : Design elevated A+ pages, storefronts, and visuals for Amazon, Wayfair, Target+, and other partners.
• Visual Identity & Consistency : Maintain and evolve our brand style guide, ensuring imagery, typography, and layouts are consistent across all channels.
• Creative Collaboration : Partner with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
• Imagery & Art Direction : Develop moodboards and shot lists for photoshoots;
