Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of experience in an architecture-focused role. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions, with a deep understanding of Banking and Financial Services. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and DevOps practices will be key to success in this role. Candidates with a consulting background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions for Banking and Financial Services applications, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security.
• Cloud Architecture : Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to design and implement cloud-native solutions, including the integration of cloud services and containerized applications.
• API Strategy & Integration : Develop strategies for API integrations, leveraging API Gateway solutions for secure and efficient communication across services. Design RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal and external services.
• Containerization & DevOps : Design solutions that leverage containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and DevOps best practices to streamline deployment pipelines and improve system performance and scalability.
• Enterprise Architecture : Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure that solutions align with the broader IT and business architecture, maintaining consistency with TOGAF principles and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure the successful design and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure all solutions comply with relevant banking and financial services regulations, including security protocols and data privacy.
• Mentorship & Leadership : Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in best practices for architecture, design, and implementation. Share knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends.
