We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will analyze performance data from affiliate networks and partner integrations, uncover insights to optimize partner performance, and support new partner rollouts by evaluating and tracking tech integrations. You will work closely with the Principal Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to track affiliate data and uncover meaningful strategies that drive growth, performance, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze affiliate performance data across multiple networks and platforms.
- Build reports in Power BI, SQL, and Excel to monitor KPIs and identify performance trends.
- Support new partner rollouts by validating data pipelines and ensuring proper tech integration.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for affiliate and partnership teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for revenue growth and troubleshoot these opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks to ensure scalability and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (partnerships, tech, product) to align affiliate data insights with business strategy.
Required Commercial Experience within the following :
3–5 years of experience in data or business analysis, building dashboards, deep-dive analysisExcellent proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel.Proven ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights .Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and curious with a drive to continuously improve processes.Nice To Have :
Experience in web extension technology.Experience in affiliate marketing, or browser extension technology.Experience navigating affiliate portals.Previous involvement in large-scale client rollouts or integrations.Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and attribution models.Some of the perks include :
