Senior Software Tester - Manual / Automation Testing

What were looking for :

• 6+ years of experience in hands on manual and automation testing of enterprise products.
• Scripting / programming experience (C# with Selenium or C# with Playwright, Python or Java)
• Understanding of web applications, REST APIs and databases.
• Experience in developing and executing maintainable manual / automation tests for acceptance, functional, regression test cases.
• Experience in defining quality metrics to measure product quality.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate formal test plans, test scenarios, test cases and use cases across globally distributed teams.
• Experience in defining and implementing quality processes throughout the release cycle.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues, problem resolution and risk analysis for product deployment.
• Experience in training team members on quality standards and processes.
• A strong problem solver with an excellent work ethic and attitude
• An eye for detail and the capability to empathize with the product user's perspective.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude, growth mindset towards learning new skills and willingness to take ownership and accountability.
