Job Description :

Vertex Solution Implementation :

• Expert knowledge to Configure Vertex O to calculate, record and document Sales Tax and Use Tax on Sales in US and Canada including the ability to setup Taxability drivers, Flex Fields ,Tax Assist Rules and Use of but not limited to Transaction Tester.
• Expert knowledge to Configure Vertex O to calculate, Validate or Self- accrue Consumer Use Tax / Other Taxes on Purchases, in US and Canada.
• Ability to leverage Vertex O batch processing and Load Customer Exemption Certificates for over 3000 Customers
• Ability to Define and Run VRA Reports in Vertex O for Transaction details / Certificates / Other drivers
• Ability to Configure Vertex Accelerator for Accounts Receivable data Mapping / Accounts payable data mapping including Location setup.
• Ability to configure Vertex Accelerator for Enabling Logs and review of SIC logs for Sales / Purchase Transactions including Data mapping logs
• Ability to configure Accelerator based Default Tax code setup and handling exceptions to default Tax code choices
• Ability to setup Vertex Extracts for AR / AP and reconcile AR / AP transactions with S / 4
