About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Channel Partner initiatives in Mumbai. This role involves working closely with builders, brokers, and IPCs to design high-impact partnership programs that drive growth and strengthen Company's market presence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale Channel Partner (CP) network across the Mumbai region.
- Design policies, campaigns, and incentive structures for CPs to maximize performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance the efficiency and experience of the CP ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with builders, brokers, and other real estate partners to drive business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in designing or managing Channel Partner programs for builders or IPCs.Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes or partner experience.Location : Powai, Mumbai (On-site)
