Required Experience and skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel, Knowledge of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS)

Job Summary / About the Role :

  • End to End PO / Invoice management process.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily PO / Invoice processing activities and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Review and approve high-value or complex invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with respective department, finance, and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance and other regulatory requirements.
  • Train and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
