We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Life Insurance sales team through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and managing a team of agents / advisors to drive life insurance sales ensuring the achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities : Recruit and develop a team of life insurance agents / advisors. Provide training and guidance to agents on products sales techniques and compliance. Drive sales targets through the agent team for various life insurance products. Motivate coach and monitor the performance of agents to ensure productivity. Conduct regular team meetings reviews and performance evaluations. Ensure customer satisfaction and persistency of policies sold. Maintain compliance with company policies processes and regulatory norms. Report on business performance and market insights to senior management.
