Cnc vendor development lead

The role is responsible

• Ensuring loading the machines with coordination with Internal Team
• Ensure timely delivery of machined parts from Captive Center with quality
• Scheduling & Prioritization for loading the machines along with Captive Center planner
• Interfacing between Internal teams & Captive Centre
• Captive Centre Management and conflict resolution
• Preparing & sharing the Daily, weekly and monthly performance report (MIS)
• Managing the work allocation and capability enhancement of Captive Center
• Cost and process optimization in Captive Machine Center to meet lead time, quality and cost targets

Education

BE Mechanical with 3-4 years relevant exp / Diploma in Tool & Die / DME with 6-8 yr exp
