Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Ludhiana. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and managing front office operations.

• Min experience 3 years.
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Front Office operations in hotel
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
• Handling online booking sites and channel partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation system
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
