The dean will be responsible for enhancing academic quality, fostering a culture of research and innovation, improving student success outcomes, and building strong external partnerships. This role requires a combination of academic leadership, administrative expertise, and a commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and institutional advancement.

• Lead the development of short- and long-term goals for academic programs, research initiatives, and student success metrics.
