Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by applying your expertise in pharmaceutical sciences and leveraging existing methods and procedures.
• Create innovative solutions when necessary, adapting methods to meet the needs of the task or client.
• Collaboration with Senior Management :
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align your work with team goals to achieve business objectives.
• Actively participate in discussions with senior leadership to ensure alignment with broader goals and initiatives.
• Team and Client Interactions :
• Engage with your direct supervisor for primary upward interactions, ensuring that your work aligns with organizational standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with peers, management, or client representatives, when required, to ensure smooth execution of tasks and successful outcomes.
• Guidance and Decision-Making :
• Seek guidance as needed when determining methods and procedures for new assignments or challenges.
• Make decisions that will impact your team's success, ensuring that decisions are consistent with organizational policies and goals.
• Team Management (if applicable) :
• Manage small teams and / or individual work efforts either at the client site or within the organization.
• Ensure that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently, meeting client or organizational expectations.
