About The Role
As an Associate - Remote Channel, you will play a critical role in scaling one of Vahan's fastest-growing channels. You will lead a team of 5-6 Account Managers, drive monthly placement growth, and build long-term relationships with remote Vendor Leaders (VLs). This role combines people management, relationship building, and strong operational execution.
You'll be responsible for unlocking exponential growth in the remote channel through new initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
