Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with proven expertise in the MERN stack. Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB. Hands-on experience with front-end tools and frameworks such as Redux, Webpack, and responsive UI libraries. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication protocols (JWT / OAuth), and database schema design. Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent problem-solving skills, with expertise in debugging and performance optimization. Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or Next.js. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira. Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and complex web applications built on the MERN stack.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth integration with external systems.
- Architect solutions with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to improve overall team capability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features within set timelines.
- Enhance and optimize existing applications for improved performance and efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve development processes and product quality.
