Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Indore. The role includes leading recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws, overseeing onboarding, training, and performance management, and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Manager will also support employee engagement and identify opportunities for organisational improvement.

Location - Near Satya Sai Square, Indore, M.P.

Salary - Up to 30,000 / - per month

Qualifications & Requirement

Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning

Proficiency in Employee Relations, Policy Development, and Compliance with labour laws and regulations

Advanced skills in Onboarding, Training, and Performance Management

Proven track record in Employee Engagement and Conflict Resolution

Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Human Resources

Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience
