Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive at Driven Properties India, located at Dallas Center, HITEC City, Hyderabad.

The Pre-Sales Executive will play a crucial role in qualifying leads and supporting the sales team. Key responsibilities include :

Calling and engaging with potential clients from marketing leads.

Qualifying whether the client is actively looking to buy property.

Sharing complete project details and answering initial queries on call.

Scheduling and confirming site visits for interested clients.

Coordinating with the Sales Agent once the visit is confirmed.

Maintaining daily updates and lead status in the CRM.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow into a sales career within the real estate industry.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and client-handling skills.

Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads.

Basic understanding of Hyderabad’s real estate market (training will be provided).

Proficiency in using CRM and call-tracking tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, or customer service are welcome to apply.
