Responsibilities
Responsibilities-
- Inspect and evaluate customer articles (sneakers, footwear, handbags, and luxury accessories) to determine required services and provide accurate estimates.
- Communicate service options clearly to customers and upsell additional restoration or protection services where appropriate.
- Develop technical expertise in luxury brands and restoration techniques to enhance service suggestions.
- Coordinate with the backend workshop team and technicians to ensure accurate processing of customer articles.
- Support the customer support team by providing rough estimates for online queries received by the sales team.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers via chat and phone to explain inspection results and service procedures.
- Ensure high-quality client handling with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury brands, restoration methods, and customer care best practices.
Requirements-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-friendly approach.Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to inspecting customer articles.Ability to understand and explain technical service options and restoration procedures.Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of luxury brands, restoration techniques, and premium materials.Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in luxury retail, e-commerce, or a service-oriented industry, is a plus.Proficiency in handling customer interactions over chat and phone.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and ensure accuracy under tight timelines.1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or technical roles involving luxury goods.
