Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Regional Manager role located at Chandigarh. The Assistant Regional Manager will oversee daily operations within the region, ensure the efficiency of employees, manage resources, and enforce company policies. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans to improve productivity, addressing and resolving any operational issues, coordinating with other departments, assisting in marketing and sales operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales Operations
• Ability to ensure Regulatory Compliance and Policy Enforcement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the Adhesives or Manufacturing sector is a plus
