Job descriptionManage daily GMB & SEO workflows and internal tasks Assign tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are met Follow up actively to maintain smooth execution Track deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentation Maintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reports Coordinate updates on Google Business Profiles Assist with keyword research, on-page tasks, and content inputs Manage GMB posting schedules and review responses Review deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clients Ensure the work follows Google’s guidelines and best practices Work closely with the Founder on operational and strategic priorities Provide daily updates, insights, and task reports Maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly Take ownership and provide solutions wherever required 6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing / SEO / GMB / project coordination Mandatory : Experience dealing with US or Canada-based clients Strong communication and follow-up skills Basic working understanding of Google My Business and SEO fundamentals Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Comfortable working 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST A quick learner who wants to grow in digital marketing Someone who takes ownership and responsibility Strong organizational and coordination abilities Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven A person who can support the Founder and run workflows efficiently Direct mentorship from the Founder Hands-on experience in project execution for international clients Rapid learning and growth opportunities 100% remote flexibility Salary up to ₹25,000 / month

About the Role
SuperKreatives is looking for a dedicated GMB & SEO Project Coordinator to work directly with the Founder and manage daily workflows across multiple client projects.
This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordination — particularly with US / Canada-based clients .
You will coordinate tasks, handle client communication, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clients
- Conduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updates
- Maintain professionalism and ensure clear, timely communication
- Document requirements and align internal teams accordingly
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
