Job description
  • Should have an existing network of lawyers and consultants.
  • Partner level engagement.
  • Work extensively on structured transactions across the M&A, PE and VC space.
  • Assist strategic investors in their in- bound / outbound investments and foreign portfolio investors looking to foray into the Indian market.
  • Provide coverage on regulatory matters and liaise with the regulators on various aspects of the Foreign Exchange Management act and SEBI guidelines.
  • Responsible for handling cross border remittances, Escrow, ECB and Security Trustee transactions.
  • Liaising with Law firms, tax advisory firms (off shore / onshore clients and internal stakeholders.
