Responsibilities :

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Servers (2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Configure and maintain Sophos Firewalls (XG / UTM) VPNs, NAT rules, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot LAN / WAN, switches, routers, and access points.
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Provide first-level support for email, VPN, printers, and conferencing tools.
• Handle IT onboarding / offboarding and vendor coordination.
