Job description

Title : Manager – Compliance Oversight & Portfolio Monitoring

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 12+ Years

Overview :

Seeking an experienced compliance leader to oversee portfolio monitoring, structured finance operations, and guideline compliance across multi-asset portfolios, including CLO / CDO and trade finance.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily portfolio compliance, reconciliations & guideline monitoring
Interpret fund documents, deal indentures & code compliance rules
Manage CLO / CDO cashflows, warehouse fundings & drawdowns
Identify & resolve compliance risks and breaches
Prepare reports for investors, trustees & rating agencies
Lead audits, regulatory reviews & data governance
Manage and mentor a team of 8–10

Requirements :

12+ years in investment compliance or structured finance

Strong exposure to CLO / CDO, structured products & cashflow / waterfall modelling

Experience with systems like Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, Aladdin, Solvas, Clearwater, etc.

Strong analytical, decision-making & leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree required;

CFA / FRM / CAIA preferred
