We are seeking a highly motivated Project Technical Manager to oversee and drive technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and management
Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5-8 years of experience in project management within a technical environment

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
