Hiring : AI Lead – Generative AI & ML Systems | Kochi, Kerala (Infopark)

Permanent | On-site Role

We’re a global STEM recruitment and technology consultancy with offices across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, India, and the UK. Our AI-first platforms power automation in recruitment, sales, and workforce management using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design & deploy LLM-powered GenAI solutions and RAG pipelines
  • Lead full AI lifecycle – data to deployment
  • Build scalable, production-grade ML / LLM systems (Docker / Kubernetes)
  • Implement CI / CD, MLOps, and observability workflows
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver real-world AI solutions

Requirements :

  • 8–12 years’ experience in AI / ML / DL (2+ years in GenAI & LLMs)
  • Strong in Python / C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
  • Hands-on with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Expertise in CI / CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) and Terraform
