Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-Real Estate Sales, located in Noida. The Manager-Real Estate Sales will be responsible for managing property listings, overseeing lease administration, and providing expert advice on both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating leases, managing property portfolios, and assisting clients in their homebuying and investment decisions with a focus on transparency and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Adept at working independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
