Work Setup - On-site (5 days WFO + All Saturdays are WFH & Half Days)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key functions across the D2C ecosystem — marketing, creative, growth, product, logistics, and customer experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of Fraganote’s culture and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1.5–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (in-house or marketing agency).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport across all levels.Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.G., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever).Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for people and talent development.Why Fraganote
