Summary / Objective
This Job is to be part of strategic team involving M&A, due diligence handling both on the buy and sell sides. Additionally, identifying and analyzing deals, financial analysis, business case and presentations for investment decisions. This position will play a key role in collaborating with CFO, business heads, and FP&A leadership.
Roles and Key KPIs
- Supporting in Mergers and Acquisitions, Diligence of acquisition targets, liaise with external service providers such as law firms, market research companies etc.
- Support the integration processes of acquisitions for parent company
- Supporting fund raising initiatives and represent before investors and sell side due diligence processes and to represent the company’s financials health and projections.
- Perform company, industry, market / competitor research, followed by professional presentation in PowerPoint / Word / excel, etc.,
- Complete understanding & driving the Management Reporting process at segment / Regional / Market / LOB level
- Work directly on key specialized tasks such as M&A buyer searches, key facts research, market / industry / economic overview research and analysis, comparable company analysis & transaction analysis
- Prepare financial models and provide analytical support for M&A
- Preparing and presenting complete financial analysis including Balance sheet analysis, company valuations & financial statements etc.,
- Creating Investment Deck for Corporate Investors using Microsoft Suite and other tools.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company's future operations
- Cost / Profitability analyses of various business and product lines, project and monitor company cash flow and funds flow reports

Postgraduates in a quantitative discipline (ideally MBA) and / or CA / CPA / CFA / CMA Inter orQualified Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting & finance covering accounting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
