Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven HR Lead Generation & Recruitment Executive who can manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, generate qualified leads for recruitment, engage with candidates, and close hiring requirements at scale.
This role requires strong communication skills, daily outreach through various channels, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring funnels across WhatsApp, , Naukri, Instahyre, and job groups.
You will play a key role in building our talent pipelines, nurturing candidate relationships, and supporting overall HR growth.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Lead Generation (Primary Role)
- Generate daily leads for hiring roles through :
- search & outreach
- WhatsApp job groups
- Facebook job groups
- Telegram hiring communities
- Campus groups, placement cells, and WhatsApp communities
- Create, post, and circulate job openings across job platforms.
- Build and manage a database of potential candidates.
🔹 2. Recruitment & Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Instahyre).Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews with the internal team.Maintain candidate follow-ups and ensure show-up rate.Maintain daily / weekly hiring dashboards.🔹 3. Hiring Pipeline Management
Handle WhatsApp-based hiring funnels.Create candidate batches and maintain continuous onboarding pipelines.Conduct telephonic HR rounds when required.Manage and update candidate trackers.🔹 4. Coordination with Departments
Work closely with sales, operations, and training teams to understand hiring needs.Align recruitment goals with business targets.🔹 5. HR Operations (Basic)
Maintain offer letters and onboarding documentation.Track attendance and maintain basic HR MIS (if required).Key Skills Required

Experience with hiringExposure to high-volume hiringPrevious experience in HR, sales, or lead generationEligibility
