Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead franchise expansion and partner-led growth in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, channel development, and consultative outreach—especially those with backgrounds in medical representation, real estate or insurance sales who understand field discipline and stakeholder trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive franchise acquisition and onboarding across Mumbai and surrounding regions
- Identify, engage, and activate strategic partners including Chartered Accountants, financial planners, tax consultants, and HNI advisors
- Build and manage a partner-led sales funnel—from lead generation to closure
- Conduct outreach campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one presentations with warmth and clarity
- Collaborate with onboarding and legal teams to ensure smooth partner activation
- Track performance metrics, partner ROI, and territory growth
- Represent Gomini at professional forums, expos, and consultant networks
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for persona-specific customization
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years in channel development, or partner-led B2C salesExperience in medical representative, real estate or insurance sales roles with strong field disciplineProven ability to build trust with HNIs, financial professionals, and consultant networksConsultative selling mindset with a knack for simplifying tech solutionsStrong follow-up skills, operational discipline, and emotional intelligenceFluent in Marathi and English; Hindi is a plusFamiliarity with Mumbai’s professional and financial ecosystem is highly desirableWhat We Offer
