Position : Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with 3+ years of experience to lead and deliver high-quality technical and process-oriented training in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree (B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech.) and strong communication and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assessing training needs and evaluating skill gaps.
• Conducting workshops, seminars, and individual sessions.
• Delivering training aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitoring training effectiveness and providing feedback.
• Collaborating with internal teams and documenting results.

Candidates must be familiar with LMS platforms and modern training tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences.
