Web Developer with SEO Experience - What You’ll Do :

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Web Developer with SEO experience

to join our digital team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can manage multiple web platforms and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance visibility, usability, and conversion performance.

You’ll be responsible for auditing, building, and optimizing websites across multiple CMS platforms while ensuring each project is aligned with current SEO best practices.

Responsibilities Include :

Design professional websites and landing pages

Produce websites and landing pages in Go High Level, Unbounce, and Wordpress

Deliver completed work that doesn’t require revisions

Coordinate with team for development of copy and images

Website Audit & Optimization :

Conduct comprehensive website audits to assess current performance, structure, and technical health.

Identify improvement opportunities and create actionable plans with clear priorities.

Implement updates that improve site performance, design consistency, and user experience.

Ongoing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

Technical SEO :

Optimize site speed, structure, and crawlability to ensure search engines can effectively index content.

On-page SEO :

Optimize keywords, meta titles, descriptions, and page content for better search performance.

Off-page SEO :

Develop and execute backlink strategies and monitor brand mentions to strengthen domain authority.

Research :

Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to uncover ranking opportunities and improve search visibility.

Experience Required :

Native or Bilingual English proficiency - written and verbal.

3+ years

of experience in Web Development and / or SEO.

Proficient with

Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Unbounce .

Strong understanding of

HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

for troubleshooting and site optimization.

Experience implementing

conversion tracking and A / B testing on landing pages .

Strong understanding of

UX / UI principles .

Proven experience conducting

website audits

and developing actionable optimization plans.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as

Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog .

Understanding of

Google Analytics (GA4)

and

Google Tag Manager

preferred.

Comfortable using business tools including Trello, Slack, Google Suite, ChatGPT, Dropbox, and Notion.

Skills Required :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to self-direct workload and operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven, tight-deadline environment.

Exceptional organization — able to manage multiple projects and priorities with clarity and focus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to company standards across all deliverables.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team including marketing, content, and design teams.
