Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Senior Program Coordinator. The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing health programs, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include oversight of program activities, data collection and analysis, reporting, staff supervision, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in program planning, implementation, and coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
• Supervisory experience and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and public health issues
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Gujarati and English
