Job Summary :

The Export Executive will manage all export operations for chemical products, including documentation, regulatory compliance, coordination with buyers and logistics providers, and timely delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical export regulations (such as MSDS, REACH, DG shipping norms), excellent coordination skills, and familiarity with global trade processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage complete export documentation, including :
• Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Dangerous Goods Declaration (if applicable)
• Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other shipping documents
• Ensure compliance with international chemical regulations such as :
• EACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)
• IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) Code
• Export Control Laws and DGFT guidelines
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with international customers regarding order confirmation, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure proper HS code classification and apply correct INCOTERMS for each shipment.
• Work closely with internal teams (Production, QA / QC, Stores, Finance) for order processing and product readiness.
• Apply for licenses, EPCG benefits, or any other relevant export incentives as per DGFT policies.
• Maintain shipment records, export databases, and timely MIS reporting.
• Handle documentation for payment terms such as Letter of Credit (L / C), Advance Payment, and Bank Transfers.
• Ensure safe and compliant packaging and labeling of chemical products as per international standards.
