Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle end-to-end hiring, staff management, and HR operations across dark stores . The role requires excellent people management skills, quick execution of recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Posting job advertisements on platforms (e.g., Apna, WorkIndia, etc.)
- Screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews
- Explaining salary structure, incentives, and job responsibilities to candidates
- Collecting and verifying necessary documents and photographs
- Issuing offer letters and ensuring proper record-keeping
2. Onboarding & Orientation
Completing joining formalities and explaining company rules and regulationsOnboarding staff onto the attendance app / systemAdding employees to official WhatsApp groups for communication3. Staff Management
Maintaining staff records and attendance regularlyConducting daily follow-ups and monitoring reporting disciplineCoordinating shift schedules, absenteeism management, and replacementsActing as the first point of contact for employee queries or grievances4. Compliance & Discipline
Ensuring employees follow company policies and operational rulesSupporting store managers in maintaining efficiency and productivityPreparing reports on staff strength, attendance, and attritionQualifications & Skills Required :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of HR / recruitment experience (FMCG / Retail / Dark store experience preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle multi-location hiring and staff managementProficiency in MS Excel, attendance apps, and digital HR toolsHigh sense of ownership, responsibility, and problem-solving attitudeSalary & Benefits :
