Job Description – Soft Skills Trainer
Location – Gurgaon - Sec 44
Major Job responsibilities would be as under : Deliver engaging sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, email etiquette, problem- solving, and presentation skills. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or interaction with stakeholders. Design and develop training content, modules, and assessment tools. Conduct workshops, classroom sessions, and virtual training. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to learners. Maintain training records and submit periodic reports to management. Support organizational development initiatives and contribute to learning culture. Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and professional conduct. Assist in delivery of on-going training programs Evaluate training and report on trainees Reviewing trainings performances and preparing participants’ score sheets Arrange follow-up training Audit Calls, deliver constructive feedback and counselling employees on Product, Process and Behaviour (whenever it deems fit) Maintain detailed records of workshops conducted, participant lists, feedback, follow up activities etc.

2 – 5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer Understanding of adult learning principles Creativity in designing interactive training sessions Observation and feedback skills Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal abilities Ability to communicate and resolve issues that affect communication. Ability to handle escalations from employees Ability to escalate issues to their supervisor or other internal departments Demonstrated language fluency in English & Hindi.
