Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial-minded individual to lead our Incubations & Startups initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing programs that support startups, foster innovation, and create meaningful industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs for startup incubation, including mentorship, funding support, and networking opportunities.
• Provide guidance and resources to budding entrepreneurs to help them turn their ideas into successful ventures.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, investors, and other stakeholders to support startups.
• Organize events such as hackathons, workshops, and innovation challenges to engage students and promote entrepreneurial activities.
• Evaluate and select startups for the incubation program based on their potential and alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor the progress of incubated startups and provide regular feedback and reports.
• Collaborate with faculty and external experts to ensure startups have access to technical, business, and financial support.
• Develop strategies to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the university.
