Major roles and responsibilities :

• Conduct outreach to potential B2B clients via emails and calls to schedule virtual meetings.
• Maintain real-time updates in our CRM system for all client interactions.
• Handle inbound inquiries from platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and ExportersIndia, ensuring quick response times.
• Support the team with pre-sales activities to qualify leads effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and prospects in the US & EU.
• Draft professional and eye-catching outreach content, including emails and call scripts.
• Use AI tools for research and market analysis to support decision-making and insights.
