Job descriptionLead hiring for leadership, corporate & operational roles Build strong talent pipelines & succession plans Support diversity hiring initiatives Oversee onboarding & induction programs Implement PMS cycles & goal-setting frameworks Drive learning & development initiatives Support career development & leadership capability building Design and execute employee engagement initiatives Resolve grievances & promote healthy work relations Improve retention & employee experience Strengthen organisational values & culture Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination & audits Ensure statutory & labour law compliance across all units Maintain accurate HRMS data & dashboards Should have handled payroll for a minimum of 3,000 employees Hands-on implementation experience with HRMS tools like GreytHR is an added advantage Partner with leadership, finance & legal teams Manage recruitment partners, consultants & training vendors Publish HR dashboards & MIS reports Monitor attrition, productivity & people metrics Support audits & policy implementation 13–20 years of HR leadership experience , preferably in multi-business environments (real estate, retail, hospitality, facility management, manufacturing, etc.) Strong exposure to HR strategy, compliance, HR operations, PMS & employee relations Experience in handling large workforce environments Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources preferred

Role Summary
The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function across multiple business units including real estate, malls, hospitality, manufacturing, facilities, retail and education. The role focuses on HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance and leadership support , ensuring a strong people-centric culture aligned with business goals.
