At Anakage, we’re scaling fast and looking for a Inside Sales Team Lead who understands customer needs deeply and wants to drive business growth through strategic sales operations and client engagement.

What You’ll Do

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Track and follow up on leads, prospects, and deals
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales / PreSales teams for deal progression
  • Own quotation processes and lead initial negotiations

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Schedule demos, manage pricing discussions, and feedback loops
  • Respond to WhatsApp leads and update Lead Management System(LMS)
  • Maintain cadence with MSPs and alliance partners
  • CRM & Data Hygiene

  • Ensure all contacts from LMS, Project Management Trackers, and emails are updated in CRM
  • Maintain a clean, actionable contact database
  • Legal & Contractual Coordination

  • Review NDAs and contracts (IP, exclusivity, termination clauses)
  • Liaise with legal and accounts for compliance
  • Marketing & Content Sync

  • Track weekly content calendar execution with marketing team
  • Negotiation & Closure Support

  • Lead initial quote negotiations
  • Work with senior leadership to close deals
