Join us in building an AI / ML based analytics system for the the Indian Armed Forces . We are looking for a strong Technical Project Manager to lead project execution, technical strategy, and cross-functional coordination on this mission-critical defense-tech initiative.

What You’ll Do

Own the project roadmap & execution

Convert business requirements into technical specifications & sprint tasks

Lead small–medium engineering teams ( 2+ years team-handling experience )

Solve architecture, system design, and technical challenges

Collaborate closely with Python, AI / ML, React.js & DevOps teams

Drive POCs, MVPs, and production-ready releases under strict timelines

Manage end-to-end development cycles—hiring → planning → Kanban → QA → deployments

Ensure efficient CI / CD pipelines and DevOps processes

What You MUST Bring

4+ years full-time experience in software development / product engineering

3+ years hands-on Python experience , especially in AI / ML applications

Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and modern ML workflows

2+ years of technical team leadership

Understanding of web applications & React.js fundamentals

Ability to make strong architecture & technical decisions

⚙️ Knowledge of DevOps , CI / CD pipelines & deployment lifecycles

Solid project management (sprints, Kanban, delivery, QA cycles)

Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Experience in maritime, surveillance, geospatial, or defense technologies

Familiarity with MLOps pipelines
