Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, etc.), ITOM, SOM, HRSD etc.
Relevant experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework (ATF) automation tool.
Proficiency in understanding the requirements and write test cases efficiently.
Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting
Have good knowledge on Agile methodologies and SDLC process.
Good understanding of CMDB, service mapping and Discovery.
Involved in Dashboards, reports and SLAs testing.
ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage.
Proficient in upgrade and regression testing.
Ability to contribute to a high performing motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
Basic Knowledge on postman is an added advantage.
