Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Associate. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Aadyaa's online store. This includes analysing data to improve sales, providing customer service via multiple channels, managing website content and inventory, and generating reports for sales trends. This person will be involved in identifying new ways to improve overall revenue, improve average and median order value, and minimizing cost of operations of Aadyaa's ecommerce platform.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge & experience of ecommerce platform of Shopify / Shopify Plus
• Knowledge of Unicommerce Order Management System & it's integration with Shopify & other marketplaces
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends to drive sales
• Experience in website ops, ABC analysis of products / customers / inventory sales and logistic support
• Experience in working with performance marketing team for increase in ROAS
• Understanding of unicommerce order management system and marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Tata Cliq would be preferred
