About the Role
We are building an immersive AR / VR platform that lets users visualize furniture in their homes using Meta devices, Apple Vision Pro, and mobile AR. We are looking for a skilled Unity AR / VR Developer who can build smooth, realistic, and optimized AR experiences.
You will work closely with the 3D, design, and product teams to develop core features like room scanning, 3D object placement, lighting, spatial interactions, and cross-platform performance.
Key Responsibilities AR / VR Development
- Develop AR features using Unity + AR Foundation (ARKit & ARCore).
- Build VR interactions for Meta Quest (hand tracking, controllers, spatial anchors).
- Work with spatial mapping , plane detection, occlusion, and real-world physics.
- Optimize 3D assets for high performance on mobile & VR devices.
Core Features
Object placement, scaling, rotation, snapping, and collision logic.Room scanning and environment understanding.Lighting, shadows, and material rendering optimization.Implement UX interactions such as :Gesture inputRaycastingSurface detectionMulti-object managementTechnical Development
Integrate APIs for product catalog, user accounts, and cloud model loading.Manage asset bundles, addressables, and memory optimization.Debug performance issues across devices.Collaboration
Work with 3D artists to ensure models follow PBR and optimization standards.Collaborate with UI / UX team to bring designs to life in Unity.Coordinate with visionOS developer for cross-platform consistency.Required Skills
