Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Salesforce integration with voice (PBX) and messaging services.

Work closely with teams to design, implement, and validate the integration architecture.

WebRTC Softphone dialer development or understanding of customization layer within salesforce.

Enable click-to-call, SMS, and call logging features within Salesforce.

Assist in configuring and deploying the solution on Salesforce.

Coordinate with Salesforce for AppExchange listing and compliance approval.

Support in establishing user mapping, authentication, and configuration workflows for end users.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integration.

Strong experience with Salesforce APIs

(REST, SOAP, Apex, Lightning Web Components) .

Experience with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) or VoIP platform integrations (e.g., RingCentral, Twilio, Vonage, or Netsapiens).

Understanding of WebRTC and SIP call flows (preferred).

Experience building Salesforce AppExchange apps or CRM plugins.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Activities).
