Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for engineering roles (from sourcing to onboarding).
- Source and identify potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends in Oil & Gas / Engineering hiring.
Required Skills & Competencies :
1–4 years of experience in Engineering / Technical recruitment .Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, or Engineering services hiring (preferred).Good understanding of various engineering skill sets (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.).Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within timelines.Education :
Graduate in any discipline.MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.Skills Required
