Job description

Role : AI Governance Specialist

Experience : 5 years to 8 years

Work location : Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Notice period : Immediate to 15 days

Shift timing : 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM (IST)

Ensure compliance, bias monitoring, and responsible AI governance practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5–8 years in data / AI governance.
Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and implement AI governance processes.

Monitor bias, explainability, and fairness.

Maintain model audit trails and documentation.

Collaborate with compliance teams.
