Job Title : Trainer (Manufacturing & Operations)

Overview
Tariner will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating safety, technical, and behavioral training to support rapid growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver onboarding, process, safety, and soft skills training.
- Maintain training materials and records, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
- Conduct safety drills, refresher sessions, and skills assessments.
- Track training effectiveness via KPIs like assessment scores and employee satisfaction.
- Support safety initiatives, ISO and FSSAI audits, and continuous improvement programs
